The first concept worth mentioning about having a growth mindset is the beliefe in other’s potential for growth. Everyone has the potential to improve their abilities, skills, and intelligence with effort and perseverance. When you believe in the growth potential of others, you approach interactions and relationships with a positive and supportive mindset; instead of judging people based on their current abilities or past performances, you see them as capable of development and progress over time. (Respect - Empowerment - Supportive Environment - Positive Influence - Effective Leadership)

Growth mindset means that intelligence and talents can be developed over time through persistent and consistent effort, dedication, hard work and learning (in contrary of a fixed mindset which means to believe that intelligence is innate and static and that you’re not naturally good at something, you’ll never be good at it.).

People with a growth mindset see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow rather than obstacle to avoid. They embrace failures as learning experiences and are resilient in the face of setbacks.
